Of course, I took vacation and I planned on putting these pictures up sooner, however of course I got sick half way through. It sucked. However I am feeling a lot better then I was last week. We did make the trip to Niagara Falls and I did get a lot of good pictures. I have discovered that I am not as good of a photographer as I thought I was and that I still have so much to learn. Some of the things I learned on my trip are as follows - 1) Don't attempt to take pictures of Niagara Falls in -14 degree celcius weather. . . the mist turns to ice on your lens. 2) Butterflies are hard creatures to take pictures of, yet if you do get a good picture it is fantastic. 3) Adjusting for the sun is harder then I thought it was. There are so many things I still want to learn, but I know I am on my way becuase some of my pictures turned out better then I had imagined them.

I want to make a living as a photographer. I know this. . . I need to unleash the full powers of my camera. I know - in due time. As well as a million other people on this earth are thinking the same thing as that!
